摘要
"前厅与客房服务"是酒店管理专业的必修课程,是一门酒店管理专业的实训课程。通过对酒店调研分析,对课程进行基于工作过程系统化为导向的教学改革。校企合作酒店作为课程教学的重要场所,酒店的部门经理与校内任课教师合作教学成为了课程教学改革的亮点。通过课程定位、开发、改革实施,对学生的实训满意度调查,分析课程改革出现的问题并提出相关建议。
The FO and HSKP service is a required course of hotel management major,also a professional training courses for hotel management major. Through the research in hotel and analysis,taking the education reform for this course with the orientation toward work process systemization,the school-enterprise cooperation hotel would be an important site for curriculum teaching,also the cooperation between hotel department managers and school teachers would become a strong point.Through the curriculum positioning,development and implementation of the reform,take the survey of students’ satisfaction for professional training,and analyze the problems in curriculum reform and related recommendations.
