基于“三全育人”理念的专业课程思政育人工作的思考——以高职农业经济管理专业为例

Thoughts on Ideological and Political Education of Professional Courses Based on the Idea of “Three Quantities Education”——Take the Major of Higher Vocational Agriculture Economic Management as an Example

高校思想政治工作应贯穿教育教学的全过程,实现全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人。构建"三全育人"格局应用好课堂教学这个主渠道,而专业课程在高职教学课堂中占比五成以上,在培养学生价值观、世界观、职业观方面具有不可替代的地位。通过对农业经济管理专业教师及学生的调查,分析专业课程思政育人现状,并以农业经济管理专业人才培养方案中的课程体系为参考,论证专业课程开展思政育人工作的必要性,提出打造育人氛围、打造专业课教师"为人师表"的良师形象、打造集教书育人于一体的课程体系等建议。

Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities should run through the whole process of education and teaching,so as to realize the education of all personnel,all-round and all-round. Classroom teaching,the main channel to 360 degree education,is occupied by specialized courses over half of the time in higher vocational college,which has an irreplaceable impact on students’ values and professional positioning. Through the survey conducted on teachers and students of agricultural economics,ideological education function of professional courses are presented. The necessity of Ideological and political education in agricultural and economic specialty courses is discussed with reference to the curriculum system in the talent training program of agricultural and economic specialty. Proposed to create a cultivating atmosphere,to create a professional teacher’s "being a teacher"image,to create a curriculum system that teaches and educates people.
