摘要
在国家积极推动教育信息化的时代背景下,信息化教学类比赛为职校教师的专业发展提供了新的路径选择。在文献梳理的基础上,厘清了教师专业发展的三个维度以及技术(特别是信息技术)促进教师专业发展的相关理论,指出了信息化教学类比赛促进职校教师专业发展是具有坚实理论支撑的,分析了信息化教学类比赛与职校教师专业发展所具有的适切性。结合信息化教学类比赛的实际案例,提出了信息化教学类比赛促进职校教师专业发展的路径:研学比赛文件、微课育人及利用网络构建学习共同体。
In the context of the country actively promoting information-based education, information-based teaching competition provides a new path for vocational school teachers' professional development. On the basis of literature review, this paper clarifies the three dimensions of teacher's professional development, and technology, especially information technology, which promotes teachers' professional related theory, and points out that the information-based teaching contests can promote professional development for teachers of vocational schools, which has a solid theoretical support;it also analyzes the aptness of information-based teaching contests in relation to vocational schools teacher's professional development. Based on the practical cases of information-based teaching competition, this paper puts forward the approaches of information-based teaching competition to promote the professional development of vocational school teachers: building up micro-class education and network construction of learning community etc..
