试论德育中师生之间的情感互动

摘要 德育是“五育”之首,教育工作应以德育为先。德育目标的实现有赖于德育过程中师生良好的情感互动。师生的情感互动是双方在教育活动中相互交流、影响的一种不断作用的状态。影响师生互动的主要因素是良好的教育情境、明确的自我意识、对对方的知觉及期待。促进师生情感互动的三种方法的展开,即理解、鼓励、构建良好的双边关系,在和谐的情感上的相互沟通中实现德育目标。 Moral education is the first of the "five educations", and moral education should be the first step in education. The realization of the goal of moral education depends on the good emotional interaction between teachers and students in the process of moral education. The emotional interaction between teachers and students is a continuous state of interaction and influence between the two sides in educational activities. The main factors affecting teacher-student interaction are good educational situation, clear self-awareness, perception and expectation of each other. There are three ways to promote the emotional interaction between teachers and students: understanding, encouraging and building good bilateral relations, and achieving moral education goals in harmonious emotional communication.
