代谢综合征是与生活方式密切相关,以代谢紊乱为主要特点的症候群,主要表现为血压、血脂、血糖等方面的异常。目前主要依赖于生活方式的改善,尚缺乏有效预防方法,严重影响患者临床结局,其对心血管疾病风险的增加已日渐受到学者们的广泛重视。心房颤动作为常见心律失常,与代谢综合征密切相关,并随着代谢综合征患病率的增加而增加,本文从代谢综合征对心房颤动及其预后影响的角度予以归纳,旨在为代谢综合征心房颤动患者的管理提供指导依据。

Metabolic syndrome is closely related to lifestyle and characterized by metabolic disorders. It mainly manifests as abnormalities in blood pressure, blood lipids, blood sugar, etc. Currently, it relies mainly on lifestyle improvements, lacks effective prevention methods, and seriously affects the clinical outcome of patients. And the increase of cardiovascular disease risk has increasingly raised the attention of scholars. As a common arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation is closely related to metabolic syndrome and increases with the increase of metabolic syndrome. This article summarizes the impact of metabolic syndrome on atrial fibrillation and its prognosis, and aims to provide guidance for the management of patients with metabolic syndrome.
