摘要
S20外环浦东段自2006年开始逐段实施大修,2006~2017年期间,维修方案主要为道路基层局部挖除补强加固、沥青面层整体铣刨加罩,修后发现次生道路病害多发,路况差,造成维修周期缩短。2018年,在S20(S1~沪南公路)内圈道路及排水管道维修工程中试验了道路结构层整体抬高加固方案,修后路面质量稳定,次生病害明显减少,取得了很好的效果。就此对道路结构层整体抬高加固方案在工程中的应用进行了探讨。
Since 2006,Pudong Section of S20 Outer Ring Road has been undergoing rehabilitation step by step.During the period of 2006—2017.the main maintenance schemes were partial replacement of road base and integral paving of asphalt surface.After maintenance,it was found that secondary road distress occurred frequently and the road condition was poor.which shortened the maintenance cycle.In2018.the uplift and reinforcement scheme of whole road structure layer was tested in the maintenance project of S20(inner circle road from S1 to Hunan Road).After this project, the quality of pavement was stable,secondary distress were reduced obviously,and good results were achieved.
