摘要
耐久性高模量混合料能大幅提高路面抗车辙性能。以句容市243省道钤塘转盘改造暨南门快速通道建设工程为依托,探讨了耐久性高模量混合料EME-14原材料技术要求、混合料配合比设计方法,基于室内试验验证了混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性等路用性能。结合现场施工,分析了耐久性高模量混合料EME-14混合料在路面车辙快速维修中的施工工艺及质量控制要点,总结了其施工注意事项,可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。
Durable high modulus mixture can greatly improve road rutting resistance performance. In this paper, based on the transformation of the Provincial Highway 243 Qiantang Turntable and the construction project of the Nanmen Expressway, the technical requirements of EME- 14 material and the mix proportion design of the durable high modulus mixture are discussed. The high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance and water stability of the mixture were verified by indoor experiments. Combined with field construction, the construction technology and quality control points of EME-14 mixture with high durability modulus in the rapid maintenance of road track are summarized, and its construction precautions are summarized, which can provide reference for similar projects.
