摘要
针对我国现阶段城市道路安全评价体系及规范尚未健全的情况,通过借鉴公路安全评价体系指标,结合城市道路特点,总结提出城市道路系统设计和具体设计中的安全设计要素,以提高城市道路的规划与设计水平,保障道路使用者的安全。
Under the situation that our country’s urban road safety evaluation system and specification is not sound in the present stage,the article summarizes and puts forward the safety design elements in urban road system design and concrete design by using the idea from highway safety evaluation system and considering the characteristics of urban road.They can improve the level of urban road planning and guarantee the safety of road users.
