基于案例的扶志教育在贫困大学生就业中的作用与路径研究 被引量:4

摘要 当前我国高校“四位一体”资助体系使大多数贫困大学生的经济压力得到解决或缓解,但部分贫困生自我脱贫的内因不足导致其“等靠要”思想严重。在教育公平、精准扶贫的政策指引下,高校资助工作的育人功能尤显突出,故扶贫应先扶志。通过对贫困大学生在校期间开展扶志教育以及毕业后状态回访的案例分析和研究,总结并设计出扶志教育的实施路径有:合理政策宣传、加强思想引领,增加社会实践、历练意志品质,重视学科技能、夯实专业基础,感恩所获所得、努力回报社会。 At present, the“four-in-one”financial aid system in colleges and universities in China has solved or alleviated the economic pressure of most poor college students. However, the lack of internal causes for some poor students to extricate themselves from poverty has led to a serious thought of“equal necessity”, and under the guidance of the policy of education equity and precision in poverty alleviation, the educational function of college subsidy is especially prominent, so the poverty alleviation should be supported first. Under the guidance of the policy of precision poverty alleviation, the education function of college subsidy is especially prominent, so poverty alleviation first supports the will. Through the case analysis and research of carrying out promoting ambition and post-graduation visit of poor college students in school, summed up and designed the implementation paths of promoting ambition: reasonable policy propaganda, strengthen the ideological guidance, increase social practice, improve the quality of will, attach importance to discipline skills, strengthen the professional foundation, grateful for the gains, efforts to repay the society.
