摘要
为探究大班幼儿同伴冲突行为的特点,采用自然观察法对上海市某市级示范公办园的62名中大班幼儿进行观察研究。结果显示:大班幼儿与同性同伴交往时产生的冲突更多,男孩之间的冲突数量与女孩之间无显著差异;大班幼儿因人引起的同伴冲突更多,为维护规则产生的冲突最多,由干涉控制他人引发的冲突最少;教师较少介入大班幼儿的同伴冲突,教师主动介入和被动介入的次数相当;大班幼儿多采用中性策略解决同伴冲突,较少使用积极策略。
In order to explore the characteristics of peer conflict behavior of senior group children, 62 middle class children and senior group children in a demonstration public kindergarten in Shanghai were observed by natural observation method. The statistics and analysis show that: Senior group children have more conflicts with the same sex, and there is no significant difference in the number of conflicts between boys and girls;There are more peer conflicts among senior group children caused by behavior or thoughts of peers, the number of peer conflicts caused by maintaining rules is the most, while the conflicts caused by interference and control of others is the least;Teachers are less involved in senior group children’s peer conflicts, and the number of teachers’ active intervention is equal to that of passive intervention;Senior group children often adopt neutral strategies to solve peer conflict, and are less likely to use positive conflict resolution strategies.
