摘要 超支化聚合物及其纳米具有众多的官能团和高度支化的三维立体结构,显示出与线型分子完全不同的性质,具有重要研究价值。文章研究了一种新型的超支化纳米聚合物缓释材料的合成及其应用。首先通过可逆加成-断裂链转移(reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer,RAFT)自由基活性聚合合成超支化聚合物,随后向超支化聚合物中加入甲醇,通过加热、冷却过程即可制备纳米聚合物颗粒的甲醇分散液,方法简单、无需自组装。所制备的纳米缓释材料结构稳定均匀,具有较高的疏水物质的装载和控释能力,可应用于医药生物等领域。 Hyperbranched polymers have a large number of functional groups and highly branched three-dimensional structures,showing a completely different nature comparing with linear polymers,which are of significant research value. In this paper,the synthesis of novel hyperbranched copolymer nanoparticles and their applications in controlled release were studied. The hyperbranched copolymers were synthesized through the reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) polymerization,and the relevant nanoparticle suspensions could be easily obtained by a heating-cooling process in their methanol solution. This method is much easier than the conventional method in the preparation of polymer nanoparticles,in which the self-assembly process is not needed. The obtained hyperbranched copolymer nanoparticles are very stable with high capacities of the loading and controlled release of hydrophobic guest compounds. These nanoparticles can be applied in bio-medical fields.
