摘要
不当的夜间光照会引起褪黑激素抑制,抑制率与光的色温、强度关系密切。基于夜间光照对褪黑激素抑制效果的量化计算方案,文章对3种生活中常见的三基色荧光灯光源进行了安全性评估,评估结果为在同等辐照强度下,低色温光源为相对较为安全的照明光源。研究结果可为室内安全光照环境的设计提供较为简单的计算方法,并可为光污染控制、夜间安全环境照明标准制定等方面提供参考。
Inappropriate light at night(LAN) will cause melatonin suppression,and the suppression rate depends on correlated color temperature(CCT) and intensity of LAN. Based on the quantitative algorithm of melatonin suppression by LAN,the safety evaluation of three common tri-color fluorescent light sources is conducted. The results show that under the same intensity of LAN,low color temperature lighting is relatively safe. This study provides a simple calculation method for the safety design of the indoor illumination,and it is also valuable for the light pollution control,the safety standards formulation for the nocturnal ambient illumination and some other fields.
