According to the characteristics of practical teaching of higher vocational basic courses, the connotation, types, goals and significance of practical teaching of higher vocational basic courses are discussed, and the teaching status of higher vocational basic courses is analyzed. The practical curriculum system is reverse engineering. According to the training objectives, the reverse design graduation requirements, establish the relationship between training objectives, graduation requirements and practical curriculum system;on the basis of the reverse design of the practical curriculum system, establish a new relationship between the practical curriculum system and the theoretical curriculum system Finally, according to the graduation requirements, the basic curriculum, professional basic courses and professional courses are reversed.
