General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on strengthening and improving the work of the CPPCC embodies his profound theoretical thinking on adhering to and developing the CPPCC system,which is the fundamental guidance of the new mission and task of the CPPCC in Tibet in the new era.Particularity of the work of the Tibetan CPPCC originates from its special strategic position in the overall situation of the work of the party and the nation,which is mainly reflected in the work objects,the composition of the members,the key points of performance and the tasks of the CPPCC.In the new era,we must persist in the guidance of scientific and innovative theory,the party’s overall leadership over the CPPCC work and both unity and democracy,meanwhile insist on work bi-directional,and put the cohesion of political thoughts and enhancement of extensive solidarity as the main working task,also actively bear the political responsibilities of “carrying it out” and “cohesion”,and unite all ethnic groups around the party.Tolerance,cooperation and work together to promote the overall situation of reform,development and stability in Tibet.
