摘要
【目的】为了解不同水稻材料和杂交后代的抗寒生理特性,筛选较为抗寒的水稻品种。【方法】选用12个杂交组合及材料,将萌发幼芽在6、9和12℃低温胁迫处理5d,25℃作为对照。低温处理后恢复生长7d测其成活率和芽长,测定幼芽丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H2O2)、过氧化物(O-2)、抗坏血酸(AsA)、脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性糖(SS)含量。【结果】在低温处理下,各生理指标皆存在不同程度的上升。在6、9、12和25℃处理,MDA和AsA平均含量依次降低;12℃时,Pro、O-2和SS平均含量低于对照;H2O2平均含量在9℃达到最高。Pro变化幅度最大,O-2最小,在同一温度下,杂交组合及材料间存在较大差异。低温处理下杂交组合及材料成活率降低且幼芽生长缓慢,12、9和6℃时,成活率分别降低7.72%、30.40%和50.44%;芽长分别降低40.81%、61.98%和56.71%。【结论】糯稻89-1的抗寒性最好,优良恢复系品种为父本杂交产生的后代也具有较好的抗寒性状,可进行进一步筛选。
【Objective】The present paper aimed to understand the cold resistance physiological characteristics of different rice materials and hybridized combinations,and filter has good cold resistant varieties of rice.【Method】Sprouting shoots of rice from 12 hybridized combinations and materials were treated under low temperature of 6,9 and 12 ℃,respectively. The treatment at 25 ℃ was used as a control. After 5 days of three different temperature treatments,two agronomic traits (i.e. survival rate and shoot length) and five physiological indexes (i.e. the content of malondialdehyde (MDA),hydrogen peroxide (H 2O 2),peroxidase (O2^-),ascorbic acid (AsA),proline (Pro) and soluble sugar (SS)) were measured.【Result】Under low temperature treatment,all physiological indexes increased to different degrees. The average content of MDA and AsA decreased as the increases of temperature treatments. The average content of Pro>O2^- and SS was lower than control’s at 12 ℃. The average content of H2O2 reached the maximum under the treatment of 9 ℃. Of these,the reduced amplitude of Pro was maximum. On the contrary,the reduced amplitude of O2^- was minimum. There was big difference between the hybridized combinations and materials under the same temperature treatment. The survival rate and shoot length of hybridized combinations and materials under low temperature stress were low compared to those of control,the survival rate of 12,9 and 6 ℃ were reduced by 7.72 %,30.40 % and 50.44 % compared with 25 ℃,the shoot length of 12,9 and 6 ℃ were reduced by 40.81 %,61.98 % and 56.71 % compared with 25 ℃.【Conclusion】Glutinous rice 89-1 has the best cold resistance,and the hybridized progeny that had a male parent with superior restorer line would have a better cold resistance character,which could be further filter.
