国家历史文化名城的文化品牌传承创新与弘扬路径探讨——以山东泰安市为例

摘要 文化兴国运兴,文化强民族强。建设文化强国,需要依托一批国家历史文化名城作为战略支点,全方位推进文化品牌传承创新与弘扬,来有效地传播国家形象、推进中华文化输出、提升国家文化软实力。泰安取名"国泰民安"之意,拥有世界首例自然与文化双遗产泰山,在中华文化格局中占有独特显赫的地位。在既有研究的基础上,以泰安为例,通过对泰安文化的特色、文化产业发展的现状进行分析后,结合时代发展大势,将城市文化品牌打造和国家历史文化名城推进文化传承创新与弘扬相结合,系统地提出泰安推进文化品牌传承创新与弘扬的五条战略路径,包括国际文化交流、区域文化协同、文化+创意全链条价值拓展、文化+科技全媒体推广等路径,旨在给同类城市发展提供参考和启示。 Culture revives the country and empowers the nation. To achieve a powerful cultural country, it is necessary to rely on a number of National Historical and Cultural cities as strategic fulcrums to effectively spread the national image, promote the export of Chinese cultural, and enhance the national culture soft strength.Tai’an, which means "Guotai Min’an", has the world’s first dual heritage of world culture and nature, Mount Tai, occupies a unique prominent position in the Chinese cultural structure. Taking Tai’an as a case, this paper deeply analyzes and systematically proposes the strategic path to promote the inheritance and innovation of cultural brands. Including international cultural exchanges, regional cultural synergy, the development of cultural + Creative full chain, the promotion of cultural + scientific and technological all-media and so on, aiming to provide references and inspirations for the development of similar cities.
