纯涤横机领透染工艺的探讨

摘要 针对涤纶横机领染色时出现的透染不佳现象,就染色曲线、浴比、印染助剂、染液冲击力以及低温浸泡时间等因素对透染效果的影响进行了实验研究.实验结果表明,染色温度的控制对涤纶横机领染色透染效果最为明显,在实际生产过程中,可考虑采用低升温速率代替低温浸泡;低浴比的选用、去油剂及吸湿排汗剂的添加有利于涤纶横机领透染效果的增加;染液冲击力对透染效果的增加作用不明显. For the poor fully dyed performance, the effects of dyeing curves, bath ratio, auxiliary, impact force of liquor and dipping time under low temperature on the fully dyeing are experimentally conducted. The experimental results show that the rate of temperature rise is more useful to improve fully dyeing effect for flat-knitting polyester collar. Using low rate of temperature rise instead of dipping under low temperature, may be considered in practical production. For flat-knitting polyester collar, the selection of low bath ratio and addition of de-oiling agent and moisture agent are conducive to improve fully dyeing effect, and the effect of impact force of liquor is found to be insignificant.
