摘要 教师教育振兴是我国新时代教师队伍建设的重大举措。教师教育振兴既是一个重要的实践行动,也是一个重大的理论问题;既要实际解决操作层面的具体问题,也要溯源和直面其本体问题。如从“师范教育”到“教师教育”话语转型的意义,教师专业、专业性的内涵本义,中西文化中的“教师观”与教师专业发展的实践要义,教师教育学科及其需要努力的方向与目标等,都需要逐一厘清,在这个过程中寻找教师教育的本源,才能做到不忘初心,明确出发点与着力点。尤其是如何在教师教育振兴过程中既能借鉴和吸收国际先进的理念与思想,又能融合中国优秀的师道传统与师范文化,探索具有本土特色的教师教育实践经验与知识体系,这是更本源、更本体的课题。 The revitalization of teacher education is an important measure for the construction of teaching body in the new era.It is not only an important practical action,but also a major theoretical issue.It is necessary for us to solve the specific problems at the operational level,and trace the source and face the ontological problems as well.The significance of the discourse transformation from“pedagogical education”to“teacher education”,the original meaning of teaching profession and professionalism,the“concept of teacher”in Chinese and Western cultures,the practical essentials of teacher’s professional development,the discipline of teacher education and the direction and goal that need to make efforts ought to be clarified respectively.Only in this process of exploring the origin of teacher education,can we remain true to the original aspiration and clarify the starting point and acting point.It is a more original and ontological research topic to learn from and absorb international advanced ideas and thoughts,integrate Chinese excellent tradition of the principles a teacher abides by teacher culture with them,and explore the practical experience and knowledge system of teacher education with local characteristics in the process of the revitalization of teacher education.
