摘要
教师教育者是教师教育的核心力量,但仍处于“夹缝生存”的边缘地位。教师教育者专业发展的关键是增强主体意识。教师教育者的主体意识主要包括自主意识、实践意识和反思意识。当前教师教育者主体意识薄弱表现为:主体身份认知缺失,主体实践意识薄弱,主体反思意识缺乏。增强教师教育者主体意识的路径:从内部因素来说,要提升教师教育者专业素质和能力,确认主体身份,加强教师教育者自我发展研究等;从外部因素来说,要营造尊师重教的社会文化环境,加强教师教育专业建设,制定教师教育者专业标准,成立教师教育者共同体等。
Teacher educators are the core force of teacher education,but they are still in the position of“survival in tight corner”.The key to the professional development of teacher educators is to enhance their subject consciousness.The subject consciousness of teacher educators mainly includes independent consciousness,practical consciousness and reflective consciousness.At present,the weak subject consciousness of teacher educators is manifested as the lack of subject identity cognition,the weakness of subject practice consciousness and the lack of subject reflection consciousness.Aiming at the reasons for weak subject consciousness of teacher educators,this paper puts forward the ways to enhance the subject consciousness of teacher educators:in terms of the internal factors,it is necessary to improve the professional quality and ability of teacher educators,confirm the subject identity,and strengthen the research on self-development of teacher educators;in terms of the external factors,it is necessary to create a social and cultural environment to respect teachers and education,strengthen the professional construction of teacher education,set professional standards for teacher educators,and establish a community of teacher educators.
