school-enterprise cooperation is a kind of joint training mode with strong practical significance for both the employment of students and the demand of talents for industry development.This paper introduces the main mode of training applied talents in schoolenterprise cooperation,puts forward how to reform the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,how to improve the dynamic mechanism of enterprises participating in school-enterprise cooperation,and summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the mechanism of training applied talents in enterprises under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.
