as an important force to assist counselors in the management of classes,college student cadres have higher ideological consciousness and quality ability.It is not only necessary for counselors to achieve efficient management,but also an objective and practical need for colleges and universities to strengthen the management of“educating people”in the new era.Based on the analysis of the importance of college counselors to strengthen the training of student cadres,this paper explores the optimal countermeasures of college counselors to strengthen the training of student cadres.It provides reference for college counselors to improve the comprehensive quality of student cadres.
