摘要
压力水平和性别作为个体差异的重要方面,对高职生的认知倾向、应对策略与抑郁的关系模式发挥着重要的影响。预防和矫治抑郁等负性情绪,必须重视个体差异及其认知倾向、应对策略和抑郁三者独特的作用模式,有针对性地进行。
Stress level and gender,as important aspects of individual differences,play an important role in the relationship between cognitive inclination,coping strategies and depression among senior vocational students.To prevent and correct negative emotions such as depression,we must pay attention to individual differences and their cognitive tendencies,coping strategies,and the unique mode of action of depression.
