口腔颌面部囊肿治疗中开窗减压术的应用分析

Application of fenestration and decompression in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial cysts

目的研究口腔颌面部囊肿治疗中开窗减压术的应用效果。方法选取78例口腔颌面部囊肿患者作为研究对象,均于2017年4月~2018年7月入院,按照随机数字表法分为两组,比较两组治疗后总有效率、并发症发生率。结果研究组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,且并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论口腔颌面部囊肿治疗中开窗减压术的应用效果显著,可进一步提升疗效,且并发症发生率低,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of fenestration and decompression in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial cysts.Methods 78 patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts were enrolled in the study. All patients were admitted to hospital from April 2017 to July 2018. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The total effective rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower (P<0.05).Conclusion Fenestration and decompression in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial cysts is effective and can further improve the curative effect, and the incidence of complications is low. It is worth popularizing and applying.
