航空企业意识形态“铸根塑魂”研究

航空企业作为国有企业的典型代表,肩负着党和国家赋予的光荣使命和重大任务。坚持党的领导、加强党的建设是航空企业的“根”和“魂”,对促进企业做强做优做大,具有十分重要的战略意义和现实意义。而意识形态工作则直接影响航空企业党的领导、党的建设。特别是随着利益、文化、信息等方面的多元化发展,通过加强意识形态工作使航空企业员工进一步树牢“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”,变得至关重要。针对新时代航空企业意识形态领域的挑战和风险,从落实工作责任、构建工作架构、发挥阵地作用等方面,开展意识形态“铸根塑魂”工作,以此来掌握航空企业意识形态工作的领导权、管理权、话语权,并推动企业真正成为“六种力量”。

As a typical representative of state-owned enterprises, aviation enterprises take on honored responsibility and important task granted by Party and country. Adhering to the CPC leadership and advancing the development of the Party are wthe root and souY9 of aviation enterprises. And this is of great strategic and practical significance to make these enterprises become stronger, do better and grow bigger. Ideological work has direct impact on the leadership by the Party and the development of the Party in aviation enterprises. Especially with the diversified development of interests, culture and information, strengthening the work on ideological development becomes crucial to further ensure that the employees of the aviation enterprises will stick to "Four Consciousnesses""Four Matters of Confidence",resolutely uphold General Secretary Xi Jinping's core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a wholes and resolutely uphold the Party Central Committee’s authority and its centralized, unified leadership. Considering the challenges and risks in the ideology field of aviation enterprises in the new era, the strategy of "building the root and soul" is proposed from the aspects of implementing work responsibilities, building work structures and playing a significant role. This strategy will become a good way to enhance leadership,management authority and influence of the ideological work of aviation enterprises, so as to further make the aviation enterprises the real “Six Forces”.
