Research progress of clinical epidemiology on epidemic encephalitis B

目的:调查了解我国流行性乙型脑炎的临床流行病学研究现状。方法:文献资料检索、整理、统计和分析。结果:记述我国流行性乙型脑炎的病原学、流行病学、发病机理、病理改变、临床表现、分型、诊断与鉴别诊断、实验室检测技术、治疗和预防控制。结论:较系统地论述了我国流行性乙型脑炎的临床流行病学研究现状,为深入研究与临床诊治提供了科学依据。

Objective: To investigate the clinical epidemiology status of epidemic encephalitis B in China. Methods: Literature retrieval,sorting information,statistics and analysing data were used in the study. Results: This paper elaborates the progress of the etiology,epidemiology,pathogenesis and pathological changes,clinical manifestation and classification,laboratory examination ,clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis,prevention and treatment of epidemic encephalitis B in China. Conclusion: Elaborating the research progress of clinical epidemiology about epidemic encephalitis B in China,provides scientific evidence for further study and clinical diagnosis and treatment of epidemic encephalitis B.
