摘要
糖尿病前期(prediabetes,pre-DM)为血浆葡萄糖水平在正常血糖和糖尿病之间的一种中间状态,是正常向糖尿病发病过程中的分水岭。pre-DM病因复杂,停靠蛋白1(docking protein 1,DOK1)可通过Akt/SREBP1c信号通路、Akt/GSK-3信号通路和Akt/NF-kB信号通路在pre-DM的致病过程中发挥重要作用。
Prediabetes(pre-DM) is defined as an intermediate state of plasma glucose levels between normal blood glucose and diabetes.which is a watershed between normal and diabetes.The pathogenesis of pre-DM is plentiful.The possible mechanism of pre-DM is complex,the docking protein 1(DOK1) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of pre-DM through the Akt/SREBP1c signaling pathway,Akt/GSK-3 signaling pathway and Akt/NF-kB signaling pathway.
