Construction of Under-and-graduate Integrated Talents Training System in Sericulture Specialty

蚕学专业人才培养对蚕桑产业发展具有重要作用。探索建立蚕学专业本科及硕士阶段一体化培养体系有助于人才培养的延续性和高效性。在分析蚕学专业人才培养现状的基础上,明确了蚕学专业本硕一体化培养体系构建的目标,从构建一体化课程体系、设置实践教学环节和构建全程导师制3个方面阐述了构建本硕一体化人才培养体系的具体措施。

Talent training in sericulture specialty plays an important role for the development of sericultural industry.Exploring the establishment of an under-and-graduate integrated training system in sericulture specialty is conducive to the continuity and efficiency of talent training. Based on the analysis of the current situation of talent cultivation in sericulture specialty,this paper clarified the goal of the construction of an under-and-graduate integrated training system in sericulture specialty,and some concrete measures for constructing an under-and-graduate integrated training system were expounded from three aspects of constructing an integrated curriculum system,setting up practical teaching links and constructing a whole-course tutorial system.
