摘要
某锡矿重选流程中细粒级锡石物料采用摇床工艺,回收率偏低。为了提高锡石的综合回收率,采用新型捕收剂SH对重选流程中细粒级物料螺旋溜槽尾矿进行浮选脱泥脱硫预处理,然后进行常规的锡石浮选,取得较好的效果。研究结果表明,当处理含硫3.8%、含锡0.4%的锡石细粒物料,采用一次粗选、一次扫选、两次精选闭路脱泥脱硫流程,可得到硫品位25.31%,回收率96.06%的硫精矿;脱硫后的尾矿采用一次粗选、一次扫选、二次精选锡石活化闭路流程,可得到锡品位7.735%,锡回收率86.62%的锡精矿。与传统的硫酸+黄药除硫相比,采用新型捕收剂SH具有脱泥、脱硫干净的优点,无需添加硫酸作为硫铁矿的活化剂,选矿成本低,减少了使用硫酸带来的安全风险和职业健康危害。
The recovery rate of fine granulated cassiterite materials in a tin ore re-selection process is low. In order to improve the comprehensive recovery rate of cassiterite, the pretreatment process of disliming and desulphurization for fine grained material -spiral chute tailings was carried out with the new collector SH. The results show that the sulfur concentrate with the sulfur grade of 25.31 % and the recovery rate of 96.06 % can be obtained by treating the fine cassiterite material containing 3.8 % sulfur and 0.4 % tin with the closed-circuit process of one roughing, one scavenging and two cleanings.After desulphurization a tin concentrate with tin grade of 7.735 % and recovery rate of 86.62 % can be obtained from with the activation closed-circuit process of one roughing, one scavenging and two cleanings. Compared with the traditional process of sulfuric acid + yellow medicine for sulfur removal, the new collector SH has the advantages of desilting and desulfurizing cleanly and it is unnecessary to add sulfuric acid as the activator of pyrite, which has lower ore dressing costs and can reduce the safety risks and occupational health hazards caused by the use of sulfuric acid.
