肥胖青少年血清同型半胱氨酸与部分代谢指标相关分析及临床意义

Relationship between serum homocysteine and metabolic indexes in obese adolescents and its clinical significance

目的探讨肥胖青少年群体血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及部分代谢指标水平及其与肥胖指标的相关关系和临床意义。方法选取2016年6月-2017年5月于本院就诊的66例单纯肥胖青少年为肥胖组,同年龄段正常体检儿童为对照组。检测2组空腹血糖(GLU)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)和Hcy水平,比较2组之间各指标,以及肥胖组各指标与BMI之间的关系。结果肥胖组的血清TG、ApoB和Hcy水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肥胖组的BMI值与血清Hcy水平呈正相关(r=0.545,P<0.01);与血清HDL-C水平呈负相关(r=-0.347,P<0.01)。结论单纯肥胖组的青少年体内Hcy水平显著升高,提示有心脑血管发生的风险,且Hcy水平随BMI升高呈上升趋势。

Objective To study the relationship and its clinical significance between serum homocysteine ( Hcy) and some metabolic indexes in obese adolescents. Methods From July 2016 to May 2017,66 cases of obsess adolescents and 44 normal healthy controls were enrolled into this study. The concentrations of Glu,serum Hcy,TG,CHOL,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoA and ApoB were detected between the two groups. SPSS 22. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The serum levels of TG, ApoB and Hcy were significantly higher in the obese group than that in the control group,with the differences statistically signif- icant ( P < 0. 05). In the obese group,BMI was positively correlated with serum Hcy level ( r = 0. 545,P < 0. 01),while negatively correlated with serum HDL-C level ( r =- 0. 347,P < 0. 01). Conclusion A significant higher Hcy level in the obese adolescents indicates a heart cerebrovascular risk,and an increasing trend of Hcy levels with the increase of BMI.
