摘要
以野生的大花铁线莲(Clematis patens)和褐毛铁线莲(Clematis fusc)为研究对象,对其不同花期、不同开花时间和不同保存温度下的花粉活力进行研究,同时研究了2种铁线莲在不同开花时间的柱头可授性,探讨了成功授粉时期的选择。结果表明:2种铁线莲均在初花期和盛花期具有较高的花粉活力,大花铁线莲开花第3天花粉能保持很高的活力,褐毛铁线莲则能保持到第6天,2种铁线莲花粉适合低温保存,4℃下能较长时间保持较高的花粉活力;大花铁线莲柱头可授性能保持到开花第9天,褐毛铁线莲只能保持到第7天,大花铁线莲花粉活力较低时柱头仍具有较强的可授性,而褐毛铁线莲在柱头可授性基本消失时花粉仍具有很高的活性,为研究2种铁线莲的传粉方式提供了参考,有助于开发优质的铁线莲植物种质资源。
The experiment was conducted to study the pollen viability under different flowering periods, different flowering days, different storage temperatures and different flowering days of two clematis, stigma receptivity of Clematis patens and C. fusc in Yantong Mountains, in China. At the same time, selection of successful pollination period was also analyzed. The both clematis had higher pollen vigor at the early flowering stage and full flowering stage, and the pollen of the third flowering day of C. patens maintained high vigor, while C. fusc maintained by the sixth day, and two types of clematis were suitable for low temperature preservation and could maintain high pollen viability at 4 ℃ for a long time;the stigma receptivity of C. patens maintained until the ninth day of flowering, C. fusc only maintained until the seventh day, when the pollen viability of C. patens was low, the stigma still had strong receptivity, and the pollen had high activity when the receptivity of the stigma was basically disappeared for C. fusc .
