摘要
采用功能填料三氧化二铝(Al2O3)及硅烷偶联剂(KH560)等助剂对乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)胶膜进行功能复合改性,并进行紫外光老化研究。考察老化过程中剥离强度和凝胶含量的变化,运用热重(TG)和傅里叶转换红外线光谱(FT-IR)对Al2O3和KH560改性的EVA胶膜的作用机理进行研究。结果表明:EVA胶膜经过Al2O3和KH560改性后,剥离强度、凝胶含量和耐老化性能均得到有效提升。
Aging-resistance properties of the polymeric encapsulation material in photovoltaic modules is a very important factor for the modules’ service performance. Functional fillers aluminum oxide(Al2O3),coupling agent(KH560)and other additive were used to modify EVA film,and the ultraviolet aging-resistance properties of it was studied. Gel content and peel strength change were studied in the aging process. SEM,TG and FT-IR were used to study aging mechanism of modified EVA film. The results show that the gel content,peel strength and aging resistant performance of the EVA film modified by Al2O3 and KH560 were enhanced effectively.
