摘要
喜(富)连成社长期被视为全面实行“前现代”戏曲教育理念和模式的代表,而事实上,在其长达44年的办学历程中,其育人和管理理念在时代发展中,也进行着自我调适与健全。如果以一种历史的眼光对其进行全面深入的剖析,会发现其追随时代大潮,向现代教育方向迈进做出的努力。本文立足相关史料,试图探究喜(富)连成社科班进行教育和管理全面改革的内外两方面因素,并讨论20世纪30年代不同戏曲教育机构面临的相同改革困境,同时分析喜(富)连成社科班改革带来的深远影响。
Xiliancheng(Fuliancheng)Troupe has long been regarded as the representative of those who carried out the concepts and patterns of the"pre-modem"Chinese opera education comprehensively.In fact,in its 44-year educational history,its education and management ideas have also been self-adjusting and improving according to the development of its time.By making a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of these ideas from a historical perspective,it is noticed that Fuliancheng Troupe followed the tide of the times and made great efforts towards modem education.Based on the relevant historical records,this article attempts to explore the internal and external factors of the comprehensive reform of the School.It also discusses the same dilemma faced by different Chinese Opera Education Institutions in the 1930s,and analyses the farreaching impact of the reform of Xiliancheng(Fuliancheng)Troupe Opera School.
