摘要
针对室温制冷,本文提出并优化设计了新型直连型热驱动热声制冷机。该直连型热驱动热声制冷机包含三个相同的基本单元,每个基本单元依次由热声发动机、热声制冷机和谐振管组成,具有无运动部件、紧凑和环保无污染的优点。计算结果表明,在环境温度50℃,热端温度300℃,制冷温度10℃的条件下,整机获得了4.54 kW的制冷量,系统热效率达到0.44,未来在制冷卡车及渔船上具有一定的应用前景。
For room temperature cooling,a novel direct-coupling heat-driven thermoacoustic refrigerator is proposed and optimized in this paper.The direct-coupling heat-driven thermoacoustic refrigerator comprises three identical units,which consists of a thermoacoustic engine,a thermoacoustic refrigerator and a resonance tube in sequence,inheriting attractive merits of totally no moving components,compactness and environmental-friendless.Under a heating temperature of 300℃,an ambient temperature of 50℃ and a cooling temperature of 10℃,a total cooling capacity of 4.54 kW and a coefficient of performance of 0.44 are obtained,showing a good prospect for refrigerated trucks and fishing vehicles.
