摘要
本文在阐述产教深度融合载体理论的基础上,以烹饪综合实训平台为例,论述了实训平台建设的背景与意义、建设目标及思路,并以此为基础,结合烹饪综合实训平台的建设经验,探讨了实训平台的"5共"建设机制、"5合"建设模式,以期为产教深度融合实训平台建设提供经验参考。
On the basis of expounding the theory of the deep integration of industry and education,this paper takes the cooking comprehensive training platform as an example to discuss the background,significance,construction goals and ideas of training platform construction. Based on this,combined with the construction experience of cooking comprehensive training platform,the "5-common" construction mechanism and the "5-cooperation" construction model of the training platform are discussed,to provide an empirical reference for the construction of a training platform with deep integration of industry and education.
