摘要
辅导员是学生思想政治教育和日常管理的主要实施者,辅导员的职业认同度关系着学生工作的开展能否高效、顺畅。通过对南京某职业学院辅导员工作情况的调查,发现辅导员职业认同度并不高,主要有工作多压力大、职责不清、成就感低、待遇不好、职业发展前景不明等原因,并提出了相关解决办法。
Counselors are the main implementers of students’ ideological and political education and daily management. The professional identity of counselors is related to whether the work of students can be carried out efficiently and smoothly. Through the investigation of counselors’ work situation in a vocational college in Nanjing,it is found that counselors’ professional identity degree is not high,mainly because of high work pressure,unclear responsibilities,low sense of achievement,poor treatment and unclear career development prospects. Relevant solutions are proposed.
