摘要
本文基于统计学的因子分析法,处理我校学生评教问卷调查数据,并结合教学实际,研究确定"职业行为"是影响职业学校教学效果的关键因素。建议教学管理部门以易于直接观察到的职业行为培养为重点,强化教师职业行为规范教育。
Based on the statistical factor analysis method,this paper deals with the survey data of student’s teaching evaluation in our school,and combines the teaching practice to study and determine that "professional behavior" is the key factor affecting the teaching effect of vocational schools. It suggestes that the teaching management department should focus on the cultivation of professional behaviors that can be easily observed directly,and strengthen the education of teachers’ professional behavior norms.
