Wang Chao,Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs. was recently appointed president of Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA). Wang was born in 1960 in north China's Hebei Province. After graduating from the Guangzhou Institute of Foreign Languages, he worked at the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM). In 2003. he was director general at the Department of American and Oceanian Affairs of MOFCOM.After 2004.
