HPV16感染对卵巢癌患者血清中癌抗原125、铁蛋白和WNT5B蛋白水平的影响

Effect of HPV16 infection on serum levels of cancer antigen 125, ferritin and WNT5B in patients with ovarian cancer

目的研究人乳头状瘤病毒16(human papillomavirus 16,HPV16)感染对卵巢癌患者血清中癌抗原125(CA125)、铁蛋白和WNT5B蛋白水平的影响。方法研究对象为2015年6月至2017年6月在我院就诊的手术切除的卵巢肿瘤患者40例。其中,HPV16感染患者15例,HPV16未感染患者25例,分为HPV16感染组和未感染组。进行HPV、CA125、铁蛋白、WNT5B水平检验。结果HPV16感染组CA125、铁蛋白、WNT5B水平高于未感染组;高分化、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期HPV16感染患者的CA125、铁蛋白、WNT5B水平高于未感染卵巢癌患者。CA125、铁蛋白、WNT5B的水平与HPV16感染呈正相关。结论HPV16感染与卵巢癌患者血清中CA125、铁蛋白、WNT5B成正相关,对临床卵巢癌HPV感染的诊治具有重要意义。

Objective To study the effect of human papillomavirus 16 (HPV16) infection on serum levels of cancer antigen 125 (CA125), ferritin and WNT5B in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods From June, 2015 to June, 2017, 40 patients with ovarian tumors, including 15 patients with HPV16 infection and 25 patients without HPV16 infection, were divided into HPV16 infection group and non-infection group. The levels of HPV, CA125, ferritin and WNT5B were tested. Results The levels of CA125, ferritin and WNT5B in HPV16 infected group were higher than those in non-infected group. The levels of CA125, ferritin and WNT5B in highly differentiated, stage III-IV and HPV16 infected patients were higher than those among non-infected ovarian cancer patients. CA125, ferritin and WNT5B were positively correlated with HPV16 infection. Conclusions HPV16 infection is positively correlated with serum CA125, ferritin and WNT5B in patients with ovarian cancer, which is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of HPV infection in ovarian cancer.
