结直肠癌肝转移动物模型研究进展

肝脏是结直肠癌转移最主要的靶器官,结直肠癌肝转移也是结直肠癌患者死亡的主要原因。目前,结直肠癌肝转移动物模型构建的方法主要包括原位种植模型,用于研究结直肠癌发生肝转移过程及其相关机制;异位种植模型,用于评价各种治疗方案;异种种植模型,用于对患者个体化治疗方案的筛选;转基因动物模型用于准确地引导患者进行靶向治疗。
