摘要
通过对比国内外建筑业的发展,引出并阐述智慧建造的概念及主要特征,指出高度智慧建造的含义。以智慧组织、智慧设计、智慧制造和智慧施工4个典型应用场景为例,论述发展高度智慧建造的必要性和重要性。企业高效地走向高度智慧建造首先需明确高度智慧建造对智慧建造的含义,并应不断学习新技术、新系统,重视新技术系统研发、抓住应用新技术的机会、持续改进和集成已有系统。
Through the development of domestic and construction industry, the concept and main characteristics of intelligence building are introduced and elaborated, and the meaning of highly intelligent building is pointed out. Taking 4 typical application scenarios of intelligent organization, intelligent design , intelligent manufacturing and intelligent construction as examples, this paper discusses the necessity and importance of developing highly intelligent building. The meaning of highly intelligent building needed to be defined by enterprises for highly intelligent building to efficiently move towards highly intelligence building, and new technology, new system should be learned , new technology system development should be focused on, the opportunity of new technology application should be seized, existing systems should be continuous improved and integrated.
