摘要
结合中国-东盟信息港南宁核心基地智慧生活民生工程项目,通过前期准备、埋设护筒、旋挖机钻、成孔、浇筑混凝土、控制吊桩和打桩、接长送桩、截桩一系列施工技术,有效解决PHC管桩难以贯入硬质岩层的难题,使预应力管桩成为嵌岩桩,并详细阐述硬质岩层下旋挖成孔后灌注细石混凝土,再将PHC管桩同心植入形成的一种新型劲性复合桩施工技术,取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Combined with China-Asean Information Port Nanning core base smart life livelihood project, through a series of construction technologies, such as preliminary preparation, burying protective pipe, rotary excavator drilling, hole forming, concrete pouring, control lifting pile and driving pile, extension and delivery pile, cutting pile, it effectively solves the problem that PHC pipe pile is difficult to penetrate into hard rock, make prestressed pipe pile into rock-socketed pile, in addition, a new construction technology of stiffening composite pile, which is formed by placing PHC pipe pile concentrically, is described in detail, and has achieved good social and economic benefits.
