摘要
结合天府新区兴隆86路综合管廊下穿天府大道建设工程,通过管幕设计、顶进设计等,探索钢管管幕施工工艺在综合管廊下穿既有城市主干道时的应用技术。然后进行管幕工作坑及其后背挡土墙的开挖,并制作管幕钢管、安装钻机,进行钢管顶进施工、轨迹控制和纠偏、沉降控制、暗挖施工等,阐述管幕法的工艺设计、工艺原理、工艺流程及操作要点,并进行相关总结。最后选定监控量测项目并布置监测点,监测变形量且进行质量控制。
Combined with the construction project of Tianfu avenue under the utility tunnel of Xinglong 86 road, Tianfu new district, through pipe roof design and push-in design, this paper explores the application technology of pipe roof construction, when it passes through the existing urban main road under the utility tunnel. Then carry out the excavation of the pipe roof working pit and its back retaining wall, and pipe roof steel pipe is made, drilling machine is installed , pipe jacking construction, track control and deviation correction, settlement control, excavation construction and so on are conducted , the process design, process principle, process flow and operation key points of pipe roof method are described and make relevant summary. Finally, monitoring items are selected and monitoring points are arranged to monitor deformation and control quality.
