摘要
以哈尔滨工业大学深圳校区结构实验室大型预应力反力墙为例,通过厂内模块化预制锚孔管钢架、现场利用模具定位安装模块化锚孔管钢架、竖向预应力钢绞线分单元整体吊装、反力墙大体积混凝土一次浇筑成型及养护、竖向预应力钢绞线张拉等施工技术,保证反力墙锚孔管钢架的制作安装精度,提高竖向预应力钢绞线的吊装速度,确保反力墙大体积混凝土的浇筑成型质量,满足设计及使用单位的要求。
Taking the large-scale prestressed reaction wall in the structural laboratory of Harbin Institute, Shenzhen campus as an example, through the construction technology of modular prefabricated anchor pipe steel frame in the factory, modular anchor pipe steel frame positioned and installed by field formwork , integral lifting of vertical prestressed steel strand subunit, one-time pouring and forming and maintenance of large volume concrete of reaction wall, and stretching of vertical prestressed steel strand , the fabrication and installation accuracy of steel anchor pipe frame of reaction wall are guaranteed , the hoisting speed of vertical prestressed steel strand is improved, the pouring quality of mass concrete of reaction wall is ensured , and the requirements of design institute and users are satisfied.
