随着"一带一路"合作的深入,我们在看到合作发展的同时,也要谨防恐怖主义的乘虚而入。反恐舆论引导作为反恐防范工作在意识领域的重要手段,应当根据新形势下恐怖活动的特点,转变理念,培养舆论引导人才,利用议程设置理论,加强反恐舆论引导能力,提升舆论引导的效果,使我国反恐工作积极向网络空间、思想领域进行拓展。

With the deepening of the "One Belt, One Road" cooperation, we must also guard against the advent of terrorism while cooperation developing. As an important means of anti-terrorism prevention work in the consciousness field, anti-terrorism public opinion guidance, according to the characteristics of terrorist activities under the new situation, should change the concept, train talents,use agenda setting theory, strengthen anti-terrorism public opinion guidance ability, and enhance the effect to actively expanding into cyberspace and ideological fields for China's anti-terrorism work.
