“产教融合、双元育人”现代学徒制的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection of Modern Apprenticeship System of "Integration of Production and Teaching, Dual Education"

在深化职业教育教学改革,大力提高人才培养质量的背景下,现代学徒制在全国各地进行了广泛的试点,取得了瞩目的成绩。本文以陕西机电职业技术学院承担的教育部现代学徒制试点项目为研究样本,从搭建多方联动平台、优化人才培养模式、完善各项制度机制、落实培养过程等方面阐述了试点的举措;通过与原有培养模式的横向对比、不同阶段的纵向对比,分析总结了实践过程中取得的成效与存在的问题,并对实践过程中诸如责权关系、机制保障等问题进行了深入思考,提出了优化培养过程的几点建议,力图为现代学徒制试点的深入推进和制度政策的制定提供一定的参考与借鉴。

Under the background of deepening teaching reform of vocational education and vigorously improving the quality of talent, modern apprenticeship system has been extensively piloted throughout the country and achieved remarkable results. Taking the modern apprenticeship pilot project of the ministry of education as the research sample undertaken by Shaanxi College of Mechanical and Electrical Technology, this paper expounded the pilot measures from the aspects of building multi-linkage platform, optimizing talent training mode, perfecting various systems and mechanisms, and implementing the training process. Through the horizontal comparison with the original training mode and the vertical comparison of different stages, this paper summarized the effects and existing problems and reflected on problems in the practice process such as the relationship between responsibilities and rights, mechanism guarantee and so on, and put forward some suggestions to optimize the training process, in an effort to provide some references for the in-depth promotion of modern apprenticeship pilot system and the formulation of institutional policies.
