地区发展模式对培育少先队员主体性的启示

摘要 为了更好地服务少先队员成长,培育少先队员主体性的发展,现对呼和浩特市一所小学的四个年级少先队员进行访谈调查。了解到当前存在着主体角色知觉高,但角色参与低;主体参与活动积极,但队员自主性差;主体管理机会多,但缺乏双向沟通的问题。本文借鉴社会工作的地区发展模式的理念,为培育少先队员主体性提供方法论,针对少先队员主体性的发展所存在问题,以地区发展模式为视角,提出少先队员主体性的培育路径。 In order to better serve the growth of young pioneers and cultivate the development of the subjectivity of the Young Pioneers. Interviews were conducted on the young pioneers of four different grades in a primary school in Hohhot. It waslearned that the following problems currently exist: the subject′s role is high, but the role participation is low;the subject′s participation in the activity is positive, but the player′s autonomy is poor;the subject management opportunities are many, but there is no two-way communication. This paper analyzed problems existing in the development of young pioneers′ subjectivity and put forward the cultivation approach in order to provide proper methodology in view of the regional development mode of social work.
