摘要
为探讨有氧运动对大鼠海马和前额叶皮层ERK/CREB/BDNF信号通路的影响.将20只8周龄健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组(C组)和运动组(E组).C组常规饲养,不加任何干预;E组进行3周无负重游泳.采用Western Blotting方法检测大鼠海马和前额叶皮层中P-ERK1/2、CREB、P-CREB、BDNF蛋白的相对表达.结果显示:E组大鼠海马和前额叶皮层P-ERK1/2、CREB、P-CREB、BDNF蛋白相对表达量较C组均明显增加(P<0.01).表明3周游泳运动可以增加大鼠海马和前额叶皮层神经元保护性蛋白的表达,增强神经元的可塑性,从而起到保护神经元免受损伤、参与神经损伤后修复.
To explore the aerobic exercise of rat hippocampus and the prefrontal cortex ERK/CREB/BDNF signal pathway. 20 healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups:control group and exercise group. The control group was breeding conventional and without any intervention;exercise group was established with swimming of no weight loading. Western Blotting method was used to detect the protein expressions of P-ERK1/2, CREB, P-CREB and BDNF on the rat hippocampus and the prefrontal cortex. Compared with the rats of control group, the P-ERK1/2, CREB, P-CREB and BDNF protein expressions in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex were significantly increased in exercise group(P<0.01). Results showed that 3 weeks swimming can increase the expression of neuroprotective proteins in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex of rats, enhance the plasticity of neurons, and protect neurons from damage and participate in the repair of neurons after damage.
