超疏水滤网绿色制备及油水分离应用研究

摘要 采用水热合成法,以不锈钢网作基底,通过高温煅烧等条件,使其表面生长花瓣状氧化锌微纳米结构,经低表面能物质硬脂酸乙醇修饰获得具有超疏水性能的不锈钢网,并探索所制备超疏水不锈钢网在油水分离中的应用。用接触角仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)等设备对制备的超疏水不锈钢网表面浸润性、微观形貌、相组成进行表征分析。实验表明,修饰后不锈钢网表面具有超疏水性,接触角高达170.8°,滚动角为4°,油水分离效率达95.2%。 Petal-like zinc oxide micro-nanostructures were obtained by hydrothermal synthesis method and high-temperature calcination on stainless steel net surfaces and then was modified with low-surface-energy monolayer of stearic acid to prepare superhydrophobic surface. The application of the superhydrophobic stainless steel net in the separation oil and water was also explored. The surface wettability, micromorphology, and phase structure of the samples were characterized by using contact angle tester, SEM, and x-ray diffraction (XRD). The experimental results showed that the surface of the modified stainless steel net was superhydrophobic, the contact angle was 170.8°, the rolling angle was 4°, and the separation efficiency was up to 95.2%.
