摘要
以四氢呋喃、环氧氯丙烷、烯丙基缩水甘油醚为原料合成聚四氢呋喃共聚醚,在紫外光的照射下固化成聚醚弹性体.研究了共聚醚弹性体的拉伸性能,确定了不同填料对共聚醚弹性体的性能影响.最佳的填料配方比例为5:2:3,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的含量为50%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的含量为20%,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)的含量为50%,最佳固化时间为2h.
In this paper, polytetrahydrofurancopolyether was synthesized from tetrahydrofuran, epichlorohydrin and allyl glycidyl ether, and cured into a polyether elastomer under ultraviolet light irradiation. The tensile properties of the copolyether elastomers were investigated to determine the effects of different fillers on the properties of the copolyether elastomers. The optimum filler formulation is 5 : 2 : 3 for copolyether, 50% for PMMA, 20% for MMA, 50% for DOP, the optimum cure time is 2h.
