安庆石化98号车用汽油的调合研究

Study on the Blending of 98~# Motor Gasoline by SINOPEC Anqing Branch Company

提出了安庆石化自产S-Zorb汽油和重整汽油为基础油,外购适量甲基叔丁基醚和烷基化油,调合98号汽油的方案;通过小样调和实验与优化,确定了调和98号组分汽油最佳比例为S-Zorb汽油:重整汽油:烷基化油:MTBE=35:30:26:9;已首产98号汽油3014吨,全部达标的同时,实现了卡边控制,为安庆石化创造了一定的经济效益,也填补了安庆石化98号汽油牌号的空白.

Proposed SINOPEC Anqing Branch Company (AQSH )the self-produced S-Zorb gasoline and reforming gasoline for base oils, purchased a moderate amount of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) and alkylation oil, achieved a blend of 98# gasoline. Through sample blending experiment and optimization, the best proportion of blended 98^# gasoline was confirmed as: S-Zorb gasoline : reforming gasoline: alkylation oil : MTBE=35 : 30 : 26 : 9. 3 014 tons of 98# gasoline has been produced for the first time, all parameters meeted the standard requirements, and the adjacent control was realized, which has acquired certain economic benefits for AQSH, and also filled in the gaps of 98^# gasoline brand of AQSH.
